Grasse-fed raw cheese is created from the milk of animals that forage and graze as they please. Instead of using pasteurized milk, grass-fed raw cheese uses raw milk. 

How Do You Make Raw Cheese From Raw Milk?

The process of making raw cheese from raw milk takes several steps. First, you culture the milk. After the milk has reached 90 degrees, you must add the rennet which structures cheese into a custard form. Next, we cut the curd and gently cook it. We then drain the whey off of the curds and begin to cheddar all of the curds. After we age our raw grass-fed cheese for 60 days, it’s ready to be shipped directly to your table!
