How Unsalted Goat Cheese is Made

Milking: First we milk the healthy grass and grain fed goats at our local farm and leave that frothy raw goat milk unpasteurized so healthy probiotics and natural enzymes can thrive. 
Culturing: Next is to warm the milk and mix it with local cultures for maximum flavor experiences and to allow rich probiotic culturing to take place.
Cutting and molding: Then we cut the curds into small pieces and put them in molds to press out any excess whey. 
Aging: One of the last steps is to put the cheese through a 60 day aging process that will enhance the cheese’s natural flavor and create that rich flavor profile we love in unsalted goat cheese.
Packing: Finally, we individually package our unsalted goat cheese and sell it to you! From the milking to selling, we are committed to quality each step of the way!
