Cheese

Do you ever crave cheese but say no because of the sodium? No more of that struggle! Not only does our cheese have low sodium, but we also offer it in four varieties: raw unsalted cheddar goat cheese, raw unsalted cow cheese, raw unsalted garlic and herb cheddar cow cheese, and raw unsalted jalapeno cheddar cow cheese. While every block of cheese comes from grass-fed animals, all of the cow cheese has an added perk: they’re made from 100% grass-fed A2/A2 milk. Talk about an extreme amount of benefits!
Butter

There’s nothing like frying fresh veggies in some fresh butter. Because we offer low-sodium dairy products, you don’t have to worry about cutting back on butter. Instead, you can continue to cook and eat using our unsalted cultured 100% grass-fed A2/A2 butter. Wow, there are a lot of words in that title; let’s break it all down! First, our unsalted butter contains no additives or chemicals. Second, it is sourced from cows that are given only a diet of fresh green grass and dried grass hays – no grain. Third, our cows contain the A2/A2 gene, making this a gut-friendly dairy product.
How Much Natural Sodium Is In Low-Sodium Dairy?
While our low-sodium dairy products contains a little, natural sodium, it is much less than salted dairy products. We estimate that all of our unsalted cheese is around 60–70 mg per ounce. In contrast, regular aged cheeses, because of added salt, contains around 180-230 mg of sodium per ounce. To say it another way, our unsalted cheese contains about 70% less sodium than a standard cheese. Our unsalted butter contains about 1-5 mg of natural sodium content per ounce, whereas our salted butter contains approximately from 75-120 mg of sodium per ounce.

If you prefer the creative freedom of cooking, use butter for frying foods instead of vegetable oil. The options for our low-sodium cheeses are pretty extensive.
