Because many diets do not allow for a high intake of salt and most cheese uses a lot of salt in production, we are pleased to offer these alternatives to those who love cheese but are on a low salt diet. Not only is our cheese hand crafted in Lancaster County, PA without salt, its also made from pure 100% grassfed raw milk. Aged for 60 days, each chunk of unsalted goat cheese comes from goat-fed grass and non-GMO feed (with no soy content). Our raw goat milk gives the unsalted goat cheese a bit of a gamey flavor, unlike that of cow cheese. One of the health benefits of eating unsalted goat cheese is the high Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) content. This enables you to maintain a weight loss regimen while sustaining your muscle mass; CLA offers cancer-fighting properties, as well. 

Prepared from raw milk, our unsalted cow cheese is organically farmed and aged for 60 days. Because our cows are 100% grass-fed, this enables them to get the nutrients they need, filling your body with needed nutrients. For example, dairy products from grass-fed cows offer 50% more vitamin E and increase beta carotene by up to four hundred percent when compared to grain-fed cows.
