How Salted A2A2 Butter is Made

We don’t hide any steps of our process to make our delicious salted A2A2 butter. Here is a quick breakdown of how it goes from fresh cow’s milk to creamy butter on your toast: 

Milk Collection and Pasteurization: First we collect fresh 100% grass fed cow milk and we gently pasteurize it to get rid of any unhealthy pathogens or bacteria. Then the milk cools and is separated into cream and milk. 
Churning: Next we churn all the fresh cream and agitate the cream to create creamy delicious butter. 
Washing and Flavoring: Then we have to “wash” the butter with cold water to get rid of any remaining buttermilk. This step helps extend the shelf life of the butter. We also add celtic sea salt for maximum flavor. 
Packaging: Then we package it, label it, and sell it directly to you. Fresh salted A2A2 butter straight to your doorstep!
