Look for Quality Chicken.

We sell the Locust Point Farms Chicken. We know they source from small family farms only. And they have their farms and their plant very clean. How can I say that? Well, their pathogen tests have been coming back with very good low numbers. And so that tells a lot about the health of the growing birds. And consequently that tells a lot about the care and treatment of the farm raised animals. But also the clean pathogen tests give confidence of proper cleanliness in their small facility processing plant.

Choose Locust Point Farms chicken available to local stores and farmers market via Swiss Villa. We support small farms and business. And for this recipe, I would like to suggest you choose the Locust Point Farms Boneless Skinless Breast. So make this chicken breast recipe that will be easy to eat, for children and older folks. The Marinade Recipe

Combine the following ingredients for a great barbecue chicken breast recipe:
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 cups raw apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons Black Strap Molasses

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon ground red pepper

4 tablespoons Real salt

1 tablespoon lemon pepper

3 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon ground sage

1 tablespoon ground mustard

2 tablespoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1-2 large onion (Cut into 1 inch chunks and break the layers apart.)

3 or 4 fresh garlic bulbs (Optional for more garlic flavor. If using, cut into chunks so as to mix throughout the meat during marinating.)

2 or 3 bell peppers (Cut into chunks so as to mix throughout the meat during marinating.)

4 to 6 large springs of fresh parsley (Again, cut into small portions so as to mix through the marinating mixture.)

Mix these ingredients well. And then submerge your chicken or steak if you wish. Yes that’s right. This chicken recipe works well as a steak recipe too.

Marinate for 2 Hours or 2 Days

If you really want the best of this BBQ, I suggest you marinate your meat for a couple days. Then you will get more of the flavor into the meat. But besides that, you will have more of a tender meat to serve.

But let’s say you decided you want to grill some meat tonight, just a hour or so can give good results as well. If that is the case, you might want to make sure you apply some of the marinade while you are grilling the chicken or grilling your grass fed steak to enrich the flavor. And you might even want to throw some thick sliced bacon on the grill beside the other meat and apply marinade to it as well! Use that bacon tomorrow morning for breakfast with your organic eggs! Super delicious.

Don’t Forget the Veggies

And don’t forget to make sure you grill the veggie chunks from the marinade as well. You will find the delectable as well. And you might even wish to prepare extra fresh grilled peppers and onions as a side dish. Use multi colored peppers and onions not only for health benefits but also for the beauty of the final dish!

I like to chunk the onions and pepper and even a few fresh tomatoes, and perhaps a bulb or so of fresh garlic. And then chop fresh parsley and oregano over the mix. Toss this veggies mix in olive oil and raspberry vinaigrette and set them in a grill basket. Don’t over cook them. Keep them a bit crunchy. There are so many healthy recipes for on the grill!

So pick up some extra meat at your local farmers market. Summer grilling will soon end! Mark your calendar to try this recipe on Labor Day if you have not mastered it before. Really thought you should get started with it today. Healthy recipes and fresh air provide refreshment for the family.

Be Safe! Keep Refrigerated!

If you plan to grill your meat in just a couple hours, it will not be a critical. But remember raw meat must be refrigerated properly. And so, keep your marinating meat in refrigeration. Keep your healthy recipes healthy. Source clean quality chicken from a local farmers market or store from a local grown supplier.

Extra Marinade Left Over?

Don’t waste it. That’s right. You can place another fresh meat in the left over marinade and hold it for another day or so. But be sure you keep this chicken breast recipe marinade in proper refrigeration. Health recipes can become toxic if not handled properly. But with the raw apple cider vinegar in this BBQ recipe and with proper refrigeration, you should be able to keep it with uncontaminated raw meat in it for 3 to 4 days and be safe. But don’t risk your health and the health of your family and friends by careless food preparations.

Enjoy Your Healthy Recipes Dinner

I would like to drop a note to remember the importance and values of good relationships. So many folks are hurting around us. We really should be caring and assisting others all we can. Take the opportunity to share a few minutes with some friends or neighbors around an delicious meal of BBQ chicken.

Or drop a meal off to them for their own family time. It will be a blessing. Perhaps they did not get a chance to stop by the farmers market this week to get fresh meat to grill.  But again, while you enjoy this BBQ recipe, don’t forget to include others. At least share healthy recipes like this BBQ chicken breast recipe once you have tried it.
