These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of swissvillallc.com and to purchases and text messages from Swiss Villa LLC (“Swiss Villa,” “we,” “us”). By using our site, placing an order, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
Orders and shipping
- Shipping is free for orders of $50 or more (excludes express shipments).
- Orders must be paid in full before shipping. We accept credit card and PayPal at checkout.
- Please allow several days for order processing. If you have a delivery deadline, note it in the order comments box when you order.
- We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed by Monday 6:00 AM can usually ship that same week.
- To keep products fresh, we sometimes need a few extra days to collect items from our suppliers.
- We pack products with care, but we can’t control handling once packages leave us. If your order arrives damaged, please send photos so we can document the damage and file a claim with the carrier.
- Raw milk and Grade B milk products can only be shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. These products are marked “Ships Only To PA!”

Product information
Swiss Villa offers products from multiple small family farms. We work to maintain food safety and have recall procedures in place, but we can’t guarantee that quality or health concerns will never arise. Any food may carry a risk of foodborne illness. Statements about the health benefits of foods are opinions and are not evaluated as medical advice.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program: Swiss Villa LLC sends text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages may include promotional messages (such as sales, flash deals, and new product alerts) and, where applicable, order and subscription updates (such as shipping notifications and renewal reminders).
Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
How to opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on swissvillallc.com. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies.
Costs: Message & data rates may apply.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
